The hotel's location was an excellent base for exploring Cheltenham, with easy proximity to local attractions.
The shared bathrooms were not consistently clean, leading to an uncomfortable experience during peak usage times.

I loved how super clean my single room was, with a cute fridge and microwave for my convenience. The shared bathrooms were impeccably maintained, giving me peace of mind . Plus, the location was just a two-minute stroll from the train station!

Good size room with shower in room. Also microwave oven and fridge good for self-catering possibilities. Shared toilet was cleaned daily. I would recommend this hotel as very good value for money.

Had VERY LOVELY 1 night here. The queen room was en suite and had all that we needed. The location was reasonable for traveling around Cheltenham, just off train station, Cheltenham and supermarkets. We stopped by Madison's Cafe for coffee and treats, it was just a pleasant stroll away from the hotel.

Just a solid pick for a weekend escape in Cheltenham with a good price-value balance. The kitchenette was super handy for cooking quick meals. Make sure to check that all amenities are in working order before settling in.

Convenient near city location.
The building was tatty externally, interior was better. We had contracted for a twin room and were delivered a single bed and sofa bed that had to be made up.There was a micro wave oven though no utensils to use it, there was no toaster or teatowel (health issue). There was only one mug supplied and only the bear minimum of refreshment, coffee four sachets though only two tea bags. Lighting was poor only one low wattage lamp and no table or chairs. In other words it was smaller and much more poorly equipped than the average Caravan Park Cabin.

Value for money, cleanliness and amenities available. However, the shared toilet is a hassle.

We enjoyed our stay with the kids, especially the kitchenette , made meal prep super convenient. The location was perfect for exploring the surrounding area, and we appreciated having the extra space for our large family.
My kids wished for better soundproofing.

Room was clean, furnishings were new and the widescreen TV was great.
The bed in the room I stayed in did not have a proper mattress. It was more like a folding out sofa, was hard and lumpy and I did not sleep well at all. it ruined what would otherwise have been an acceptable stay.

My partner and I loved the design of the room and the excellent quality for the money we paid. It was comfy and well worth it.
The only thing we could find to complane about was the loudness of the cleaners, if you were at the hotel when they came in there was no way you could relax, they were really loud, not just the banging around but they shouted and at one point screamed. They left their cleaning products everywhere and tried to enter the bathroom without knocking even though the shower was obviously on and the door locked. Also I didn't recieve the information via txt so had to ring the guest line.
